Introduction:
BioCore QC benchtop cell biorereactor adopts the latest machining and manufacturing technology to meet the needs of users' suspension cell culture and adherent cell culture, and meets the requirements of cGMP and FDA. BioCore QC series bioreactor has four specifications: 2L, 5L, 7.5L and 15L, which can be used for batch culture and continuous culture of animal cells, insect cells and plant cells. Equipped with PITCHED BLADE and fixed bed stirring paddle, suitable for suspension cell, microcarrier and sheet carrier culture.

Introduction:
It is used for one-time large-scale culture of suspended cells, which can be adapted to different brands of reaction belts, such as GE, meck, sartouris, etc., with a new production process and in line with GMP production. BioCore SUB Single-use bioreactor controller, suitable for single-use bioreactor bags from different companies from 12.5L to 2000L working volumes, can be used for rapid process development and seamless scale-up to commercial production. Can be batch culture, feed culture and perfusion culture. The control system adopts BioCore software system independently developed by Shanghai Chuyi, which can realize flexible configuration requirements, and multi-brand reaction bag ADAPTS to ensure the safety of users' supply chain. The BioCore SUB controller system is equipped with a jacketed heating system as standard, and only needs to provide cooling water to complete accurate temperature control, without the need to configure an independent TCU external temperature control system for each reactor. BioCore SUB is equipped with tank weighing as standard, and a weighing trolley with balance can be selected. Through the connection between balance and peristaltic pump, automatic and accurate feeding control can be realized. BioCore SUB ventilation system can choose the number of mass flowmeters according to the budget, so that the cost is controllable.
